I've sort of kept a list of guys I know of that have Bird rights. I figured I'd write them out for people to see.

Taj Gibson
As Ian said it's each GM's responsibility to know if one of their players has Bird rights. So if you have a player who's name isn't on this list then you need to make it known to the player agent.
