I think in this game, the division winners are guaranteed a top 3 seed and play with home court advantage in the first round.

They do but the game is old; I think Ian uses NBA Live 07 but I could be wrong.

It's NBA Live 06 even, I am pretty sure...

but yea, the game might not even know that new rule is an option...Vlade is probably right by my memory but I'm sure Ian can tell us one way or the other.
