Patrick Beverley has decided to join the Milwaukee Bucks signing a 4 year contract worth $23,000,000. The final year of the contract is a player option.
Year 1: $6,500,000 Year 2: $6,000,000 Year 3: $5,500,000 Year 4: $5,000,000 (Player Option)
This was a very close decision as there were two teams that provided great opportunities both in money and team talent. What separated the decision was the fantastic young core on the Bucks led by Anthony Davis, and that there is a little less competition for playing time in Milwaukee.

We welcome Patrick with open arms here in Milwaukee. We have a great young team and a rabid fanbase that are thrilled to be gaining another member of their family today. We feel Patrick poses a unique talent on the defensive side of the ball that we felt our team lacked. On behalf of the entire Milwaukee Bucks organization, we would also like to thank Alex English for his incredible devotion to his agent and his effort in negotiating a fair deal and the time he put in talking to all teams involved on this bidding.
Again, Welcome to Milwaukee, Patrick!

We wish Patrick luck in Milwaukee. Our offer was competitive but not quite as large (more like $5 million a year), and we definitely understand that with Rubio & Calderon currently in tow, our PT situation was a bit murky.
Good Luck Pat! You should get a few points of a rating boost IMO too!

Pretty solid move Glenn, a lot cheaper than Jrue that's for certain. Wait, does this mean your letting Jrue walk? Hell no. Why on earth would I let Jrue walk? Jrue is my top priority no matter what. Beverly is a nice backup option that will help my second unit. This is Holidays team to run today, tomorrow and forever.
