You better hope it drops soon so you can trade him. If it drops after the deadline you will be stuck with his lower rating when it does get dropped before the playoffs...

So nothing. So you either get Ian To Do The decrease soon so you can make adjustments before the trade deadline or you keep him as is and win as many games as possible and hope your team plays as well with his new rating of 79-80.

if he will have a decrease it will be on stamina. he will still be a good playmaker and i really dont care if he doesnt score anymore. as long as he still gets 8+ assist per game, im ok with that.
ill talk to you again if you can trade bynum with 70 rating and huge contract.
