I think step one after missing a season is big drop in rating. If he misses all of next season then we remove him. Just my opinion. Drop him even further than a 69 if we want but yea.

I don't think it's a bad idea to have that list though Jeremiah, I wouldn't personally remove Gibson this offseason, but next after a big decrease this season.

Agreed, it's just the precedent/principal of how we handle this situation that I'm talking about, not Gibson in particular.

You miss a season due to apparently no one wanting you, you get a huge ass drop to below 70 at least.

You miss a 2nd season, you are gone.
