Bosh scores more PPG, has a better PER, more steals/game, more assists/game, makes more 3 pt field goals per game, and has a longer track record of high performance.
With that being said, I don't feel like Ibaka is an 82, but I don't feel like he is better than Bosh. Chris Bosh also shoots better from the charity stripe.
85 on Ibaka. Don't feel he is better than Cousins or Anthony Davis. Can't say he is better than Duncan either.

Jeremiah, you do know the top and bottom rating get eliminated no matter where they are. Just put in what you really think the guy should be. If Vlade is way over, it gets eliminated anyway. You are really just bringing the actual player's rating down. If you would normally vote 85, just vote 85.

I'll go 84. He doesn't take many yet but he's added a 3pt shot and has a very respectable % there, plus his FT% seems to be normalizing in the 75+% range. Coupled with the blocks and 9 boards, 15 points, I see enough to put him significantly over guys in the 79-80 range (where we have a lot of regular/solid bigs).
To be completely honest, I'm not quite sure why he is 6-8 points better than Favors. 3pt shot could add in 1-1.5 overall points I guess, and his FT% is better as well, maybe that's another point of OVR rating? He blocks more but steals less...rebounds are the same/less factoring in playing time and his point advantage is only 2, tied into shooting more shots and being on the court more.
I think an injustice was done in the Favors thread, sorry to bring it up again and again, it irks me when I see pretty similar #'s.
I like Ibaka a lot though, 84 is good for him.

His defense is amazing.
"During the 2012-13 season, 59 NBA players attempted at least 300 midrange shots. None made a higher percentage than Serge Ibaka." - Grantland
This season he's shooting 38.9 from 3.
87.

I think maybe Favors is lower in comparison to Ibaka because of the athletic attributes, and I think that those attributes weigh more heavily in the equation for the overall rating. Favors is athletic. But when Ibaka was just coming up, he was this Deandre Jordan freakish athlete who, when all else failed, had the crazy athleticism to fall back on.

Billy from you, Ibaka is 9 points better than Favors. 29:59mpg - 13p / 8.8r / 1.2a / 1.7t / 1.5b / 1.0s 51.4% & 67.2% 32:59mpg - 15.1p / 8.7r / 1.0a / 1.5t / 2.6b / 0.5s 53.8% & 77.6% And yes, he shoots 0.7 3's a game and makes them at a 38.9% rate. I like Ibaka more than Favors. Please don't misunderstand me. I don't see a NINE POINT difference that you just put out there Billy. Sorry. THAT is worse than anything Vlade has done :-)

89 is absurd. I'll say an 85. He's developing a nice offensive game to go with his elite defense.

THAT is worse than anything Vlade has done :-) Yes, because he is 9 points better! When has Favors ever led the league in blocks for two consecutive years? When has Favors ever had the highest shooting percentage from midrange? When has Favors ever made the All-NBA defensive first team? When has Favors ever been apart of a championship contending team? Not only is he proven with accolades, but he's a more efficient scorer and a key component of a championship team. Ignorance Is Bliss Funny that you gave Favors a 78 in January and then in March/April gave him a 76. He got worse in those two months? Anyway, I know what's going on and there's not much I can do about it right now. Carry on
