Derrick Williams is only in his second season. With his athletic ability and the athletic ability that is on the Sacramento Kings, he should be able to establish himself in a role slightly less than Josh Smith with the Hawks. Seraphin is a big that can still develop behind Gortat in Washington.
Edit. My salary should be $8,000,000. His salary should be $7,778,074

I can't see a reason to reject this. I don't like it for the Heat particularly but he's got quite a lot of talent on the team so he can afford a deal that might not be great for him long-term.
This could work out fine if Mayo figures it out though. Definitely not a reject as I said.
Accept, should be interesting to see how this works out.

Mayo and Williams both have a lot of potential that we have not seen so far.
Mayo can average 18 ppg, 6 assists and 5 rebounds. If he can fulfill that potential. Williams could score 20 ppg with 8-10 rebounds if he can figure it out.
In today's basketball, so many people are playing on potential and will/can they figure it out.

Yea overall no problem with this trade, we can all believe in certain players. If we all though the same thing this wouldn't be very fun at all, I just think you may regret having OJ's salary on your roster.

Mayo is still a good player. You can't write him off yet.

I'll cut Teague and choose not to pick up his option in the offseason.
