Reasons for Decrease: Look, I'm not sure Hinrich's rating has ever been touched. In the 2004-05 through 2006-07 seasons, he put up about 16 points, 6+ assists, about 4 rebounds, and was solid from FG% (41+%), 3pt (37+%), and FT (81+%). That's probably around a 79. This is NBA Live 06, remember? Since the 2007-08 season however, his high in points is 11.5, and the last 4 seasons he hasn't broken 9ppg. His assists have fallen to the 4~ range. Rebounds about 2.5. He gets you a steal a game. His fG% has dipped to about 38% the last two years. FT% is down in the 73-74% the last few years. 3's are about the same, probably wouldn't touch them.
Suggested Rating: 76 - I still like Kirk, but he's not a 79. How are his stats and IT2's stats worth only a 1 point difference? Personally I'd put IT2 higher even but Kirk is still not a 79 anymore, no matter how you slice it.
