The Spurs accept. If worse case scenario Thomas leaves us we will sign a young PG and will allow Fisher to teach him the ropes. Affalo and Green are doing well IRL but for my team they are bench players who can be replaced. I plan on starting Terry at the 2. Him and Thomas should play well together. Rush, Dunleavy and Fisher will fill my bench well.

He's expiring. If he drops at some point ok. But like I said before rating changes should not be made during the season. And if they are how do you do it fairly. I can maybe understand increases. But to decrease a teams player during the season...that's just wrong.

If his rating gets decreased during the season then no why would I. And just as I have said before I will not be happy if that happens to any of my players during the season or playoffs. I built the team as is...

MY concern is that Afflalo and Green are two of the best players the Spurs have really, but they sit on the bench anyway so I accept.

Like Ian said, it's not great that Afflalo and Green are gone as they are two of his three or four best players. But salary might be more important here. This is a big step towards the Spurs being able to re-sign Isaiah Thomas.

Well, last time I checked Rush is still on his late 20's Fine 3 30 year old stiffs and one late 20's stiff averaging 2ppg and can't get minutes on a bad team. |

I'm not worried about the pick. Alex is. I'm all about the other two things you said. But my goal is to win as many games as possible and go as far as possible come playoff time. That and not allow GMs to conspire against us. That's just not fair. And like I've said I have many people that agree and see the same. It's just not their team so they won't talk about it.
