Paul George: 51.2% MCW: 56.8% Real life comparison: Paul George: 42.6% MCW: 39.1% We spend hours upon hours in the stockwatch section trying to get rebounding ratings up one or two points, yet there's a TON of other stuff that isn't realistic at all

Paul George is on a team with Irving, Harden, and Lopez - if that was real life he'd be getting MUCH better looks. MCW is coming off the bench for a team that has Curry, Klay, Iggy, Dwight, Ray Alen, Jamal Crawford - unlike real life where he's running the point of a team of D-leaguers. FT% is probably where we can actually isolate shooting trends to compare them to real life.

Do we have Dion Waiters set to permanent fall away jumper animation? Because after watching todays Cavs game I'm pretty sure he'd shoot free throws as fall aways if he was allowed.

Nah, we can only do that in NBA Live 2007.

No lie, the first ever free throw I took in middle school basketball was a fade away jump shot. I missed it. The second one, I was called for a lane violation because I went over the line. Coach had to pull me aside and explain how to shoot them.
On a serious note, I don't feel like FG% in this vs real life is a good comparison to realism. As James mentioned, the teams are different which leads to different looks and more or less responsibility. Kawhi is shooting 39.9% in this and above 50% for his career. If it were an updated game engine, there would be more attributes which would lead to more life like stats but the teams are still different and the human element is in play as well.

Why is McGee shooting so poorly? Guy should be mostly putbacks and post moves, he's in the upper 50% range in real life most of the time, but way down under 50% here? It's a 10% difference.
Is there something we can change in his rating so he doesn't even think about shooting outside shots? lol
