I accept. I wanted to keep Teague, but since he is expiring (as well as Evans) I think I have a better chance to win now with Evans than Teague. Jeff is about to get a rating boost anyway. It was hard to deal Hardaway Jr. because he was definitely my best young player on the team, but I can't wait for him to develop in NYC (averaging only 10 ppg right now). Watson will help fill in the void that Teague leaves.
I want to win now and Evans is a little more battle tested and battle ready.

Accept.
I'm weak at PG. We have to get through Curry, Rondo, Irving etc. in the playoffs the next few years out West.
All the other free agent PGs I could land if I wait until free agency are middle of the pack like Teague (Lawson, Holiday, Thomas, Lowry) so might as well bring in Teague now and see what happens.
I'm pretty high on Hardaway Jr.

This is a good trade for OKC. I prefer Teague to Evans anyway but this also gives him the slight advantage in the off-season if he wants to re-sign Teague. Plus Hardaway and Jones are valuable prospects while Watson and Singleton are pretty worthless. Washington is really over paying for Evans here, but I don't think it is enough to reject.
I accept.

There's also a chance Teague won't resign with me. At least with Evans, he is also expiring and I get more money back then Teague. I think Evans is still better than Teague though a younger.
