Well, this is getting "old" with Spurs players. Before he went to Europe for the 08-09 and 09-10 seasons, Childress played between 30 & 37 mpg. He'd give you about 10.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2 assists, half a block, 1 steal, and would shoot 54% from the field, 35% from 3, and 80% from the line.
Think back to 2007-2008, the last time Childress was relevant. George W. Bush was the President! You might have still had a MySpace account. Did an iPhone exist yet?
Anyway, that was the last time Childress scored more than 5 ppg (5, 3, 1, and now 0 ppg the last 4 years).
That ws the last time he had more than 2.9 rebounds (2.9, 2.8, 1.1, .8 last 4 years).
His assists which used to be close to 2 a game, have been at .8, 1.0, .4, and .5.
Even more telling. FG% since he came back: 56.5 - 48.5 - 28.6 - 0.0
3pt% since he came back: 6.3 - 16.7 - 33.3 - 0.0
FT% since he came back (again, in the 2010-11 season he returned): 49.2 - 0.0 - 50.0 - 0.0)
MPG: 16 - 14 - 7 - 6
Games Played: 54 - 34 - 14 - 4
So, yea he's about worthless much like Biedrins.
