Chandler and Kaman are NOT assets. There contracts are bloated and dont leave room to grow through free agency, and id have to push a 1st rounder just to get them off my team (and i have had such talks with a few team to move them). Well I offered you Delfino and Ridnour for Chandler, and you wouldn't take it. You wanted him to try and make another deal with the Raptors. A trade that either was never going to happen or you decided to take this one instead.

Vlade - I get why your mad, but if anyone understands whats going on its me. The past 5 trades iv made have been rejected, including the one for Al. Whats the difference between my trade and this? nothing really other than he gets a 2014 draft pick instead of a 2015 pick. If anything, I'm pissed off that my original trade did not get accepted along with the others and i should reject this trade due to spite. But I'm not going to do that since i practically accepted the same trade because i understand why Jay Z and T-Mac are doing this. Jay Z get's his rebuild with still a young team, cap space and picks. T-Mac gets a true PF to build around with a young team still. That was the reason why i accepted my trade with Jay Z and it will be the same reason why i accept this trade here. I'm not going to sit here and be a hypocrite. I accept. I fail to see how rejecting would make you a hypocrite, of course you would have accepted the trade you made because it would help your team. If anything, a reject from you would be most understandable, seeing as your rejected trade should have served as a benchmark.

I get your point Danny but I did that trade feeling the same way these two GMs felt. Both got what they wanted, how could i reject that. I could sit there and say "if my trade was rejected this trade should be as well", but no i felt my trade was fair due to the needs of the other GM.

You could reject it because one team is getting unbelievably screwed in terms of value. I'm sorry if I keep repeating myself, but it just boggles the mind that you guys are actually getting behind the idea that getting rid of 13m worth of contracts is worth not one, but two of Atlanta's best assets.
But fine, if you guys actually think that Ross, Sullinger and Zeller are enough to convince a good free agent to play with them, then I give up - it's not like I was the guy who kept emphasizing that if you strip your team of talent, you're going to have a hard time recruiting top free-agents.

I'm really surprised this trade will go through.
*Will the 2014 WAS pick will be that high after this trade? I think WAS will easily be a playoff team after this trade. *Will Ross and Sullinger and the two rookies to be drafted be enough to convince big free agent names? *Anyone out there willing to take on Chris Kaman's contract?
Also,
*Atlanta has lost 6 straight games WITH Horford. *Washington lost to the Thunder by just 6 and just lost to Denver by 2 WITHOUT Horford, Teague, Kaman, and Chandler.

Unless you have draft picks Cause you know, draft picks never fail. Two years, ten first round draft picks, Rondo's coming back to Boston, it's all part of the plan

I heard Deron totally considered picking us over Cleveland because we had 5 picks in two years, really worked out well for me.
*Woops, sorry, I forgot that I had an All-Star big, they're apparently bad to have now.

I'm not going to sit here and be a hypocrite. I accept. You did get screwed over because I am assuming you traded me Gay in order to get Granger to then trade to Atlanta. Honestly, I like the Atlanta/Toronto trade much better than this. I am not anti-Atlanta rebuilding, he probably should, but he gets a late lotto/playoff team draft pick in return for Horford and Teague. While I understand he will be crappy and hence help his own pick, why is Teague in the deal? If he owns his bird rights and WAS will not then his value to the former dwarfs his value to the latter. I am not trying to be a rebel rouser, but I demand a recount on this trade. For one thing, Bryan should not be voting on this trade given proposed Atlanta/Toronto trade. In fact, if he voted to reject it then people would be crying about how he did so solely because he is mad that his trade got rejected. Additionally, I think Longley put it best when he said "You could reject it because one team is getting unbelievably screwed in terms of value. I'm sorry if I keep repeating myself, but it just boggles the mind that you guys are actually getting behind the idea that getting rid of 13m worth of contracts is worth not one, but two of Atlanta's best assets."

Vlade - of all of us on the trade committee, I think I'm pretty lenient when it comes to trades, and I'm pretty lenient in general, even when it's come to the Spurs. Atlanta's a team that can go either way, to the top or the bottom. They've had a consistent plan in mind since they started; to rebuild. I'm ok with that and, like usual, I'll allow it! This made me LOL given the following: Heat Receive:
97 Kevin Durant $17,832,627 $18,995,624 $20,158,622
80 Marshon Brooks $2,000,000 $2,200,000 $2,400,000 $2,600,000
2014 first round pick
Thunder Receive:
99 LeBron James $19,067,500 $20,590,000 $22,112,500
71 Ian Mahinmi $990,180
I'm at a friends house away from home right now but guys, this is nuts, wtf? I think this is a trade in which a GMs tenure length may come as a factor too, but the trade just makes no sense. It's like Houston and Orlando trading Shaq for Hakeem or something. I think for the betterment of the league id reject.

This is the most lopsided trade I have witnessed in my tenure in Dynasty5ive.
I don't understand how the TC can rationalize allowing me to trade FOUR first round picks for Mike Conley, and simultaneously uphold a trade that nets Al Horford and Jeff Teague for one NOT EVEN GOOD draft pick. This is absurd.
