I'm not going to even gather all the percentages, just know it's pretty much career lows in everything, and last season he was having career lows in everything too.
Current Rating: 83 Proposed Rating: 74

I'm going to go as low as 72. Mostly because I feel like, when players careers "drop-off", we are too conservative. Generally once they've hit the wall of their lowering athleticism that's it, unless you're Tim Duncan or Derek Fisher.

I'm pretty OK with anything between a 75 and 70 honestly.

Bumo. 72 is way too low. This guy needs to be at least a 75.

Like I said before I don't think anyone on my team deserves below a 75. Jason Terrys not done. He was traded and didn't want to play for a young SAC team. So he's rehabbing. Next season he will join a team and average 10-15ppg. Just because he's not playing. .Ex bynum...doesn't mean he's terrible. ..

He wasn't traded when he was terrible for Boston.

He wasn't terrible in boston. He didn't play well in Brooklyn. But he's role player. He played some great games in Boston just like in Dallas. He is getting older but one season does not make a player go from an 82 rating to a 72. Six months ago guys were here in the stock watch giving him 78 rating. Since then he was traded and didn't play for SAC. Does that mean he's bad and deserves an 72 rating. No!!

Jason Terry's numbers have been in free fall for the last two years; PER for the last two years of 12.8 and 7.5 respectively. Even FT shooting s going.
Season Tm G GS MP FG% 3P% FT% TRB AST STL TOV PTS 2012-13 BOS 79 24 26.9 43% 37% 87% 2.0 2.5 0.8 1.3 10.1 2013-14 BRK 35 0 16.3 36% 38% 67% 1.1 1.6 0.4 0.8 4.5
Jason Terry is no longer a guy who should be putting up a line like this:
M FG FGA 3PM 3PA FTM FTA REB ASS STLS PTS 42 8-19 3-4 8-11 3 7 2 27
...not even against BOS
I am new to this rating change stuff but he`s now a way below average, old player and I think needs to be rated accordingly I think 75 is average, so well below that.

75 is fair for any player that is aging but is still in the NBA . These are the types of guys that come in and score 5 pts one night and maybe a few games later 20pts. Any player that's still playing and can do this every so often to help his team to a win still deserves a 75 rating. Players that are role players and 7th man back(previously) may not deserve a 75 but Terry, Jamison, Miller... such players still have game..just not every game.
75-77
So I'll give him a 76.

I could not disagree more. This isn't a case of a guy just isn't getting minutes because someone in front of him is better, this is a guy who got moved from his normal role of 25-30 minutes a game as one of the best 6th men ever. To getting himself benched because he is not good anymore. Could he beat me at basketball? Probably, but we aren't supposed to be saying whether he can play or not, we are measuring him against his peers at the NBA level and as it stands right now he is essentially one of the worst real life contracts in the NBA now because of how hard he has fallen off. If you don't believe me he started the season with Brooklyn and was given his expected minutes, he just sucked with them. Then he got hurt for a bit, came back and sucked again. He actually sucked so bad they had to trade him for players off of Sacramento. He is just worse than the other aging players in the NBA, Andre Miller can at least produce and play meaningful minutes. Antawn Jamison is a bad example because I'm pretty sure he hasn't played a meaningful minute in the past 2 seasons.
