If I have a better record, do I not get to move into 3rd?
I was thinking division winners were top 4.
If a team had a better record they could move into the 3rd seed.

I think this is the year that a team that won their division automatically earned a top 3 seed. Therefore, Boston, as Atlantic Division Champion, would be the 3rd seed over you; despite the fact you possess a better record. |
