I wonder how many trade offers for Durant OKC has received since this trade has been rejected. The answer is 16 lol

Ian I'm just not talking about this trade is just seems every trade I do it gets rejected. Walt said I should stop "trade raping" teams but i dont feel that i am. lets forget this trade. My last trade for kemba walker for ibaka got rejected why? Cus ibaka was a free agent at the end of the year even though bobcats have only 9 million in committed salary only that year. So the trade get rejected another team who already has an all star pg gets kemba to come off the bench? And he trades a PF and a pg who isn't establish as yet. You guys said ur looking out for the new gm, why didnt you pick up the team option for him. I think everyone here would agree it was a mistake for him not picking it up but to allow It and now make that trade Reggie Jackson and pick for kemba when my deal was one player for one player? It's just a pissing me off now and if this was happening to you guys you would be in the same boat as myself. If your telling me Reggie Jackson and a 2 2014 picks for kemba is better than ibaka for kemba, I just don't no what to say anymore. That trade would of set my off season in the right direction. This trade let it be what it is, total Lopsided or whatever but my last trade is not lopsided it was fair and I was just bullied out of the sweepstakes from the cm for kemba who would of been my future pg. I'm not bashing the trade cm for what there role is, I understand fully why they are here but it just seems ever since I came into this league you guys haven't really been on my side with trades and there must be a thread about me or talking about me in your staff room.

Well, it's Kemba + T-Rob for - Reggie Jackson (rookie contract, I think he pretty much established himself after Westbrook got injured) - Tristan Thompson (Again, rookie contract, 2011 4th overall pick, put up almost a double-double last season) - 2 2014 picks (We all know Charlotte has a lot of them, why not add more? Wiggins anyone?) It's James Kay's fault he didn't pick up Tristan's option as he stated here: dynasty5ive.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=osfa&thread=2849&page=1#15338I even messaged him before the deadline of picking up team's options. And also, Kemba won't come off the bench, he's my starting SG. Waiters will be my 6th man.

cant wait till the next Durant trade gets posted if any. OKC loses Deron William he tries and fix his roster with one trade. Doesnt matter this trade will get rejected now and now i get screwed over again. I lose out on Kemba walker for Ibaka which was a fair trade and now bobcat loses its key part of that trade. Now this, fuck man, sorry its just frustrating when im trying to do something with my team and not allowed to do it. I know it's exciting when someone accepts a trade as lopsided as this one and is actually dumb enough to post it and accept it, but nothing is set in stone until it's passed the committee. I understand it's a huge let down, this trade would've been a huge coup d'etat for you, but it's just a crazy lopsided trade and we wouldn't be doing our jobs if we accepted it. *Everyone* else is laughing at the trade, that's a good sign it's not just the TC but pretty much the entire league in agreement. Maybe keep your cap space and trade around Perkins and Evans to see what you can get and wait til next season to land Steph Curry, Jrue Holiday or even Paul Pierce or Kobe Bryant. Holiday and Curry are staying put.

Holiday and Curry are staying put. no chance boy, I am coming hard after Jrue. Good luck. I've already invested in him so much. Traded away prospects, made sure to save cap and I have a young exciting team. If Walt is the PA for PG's again he will see all of that. Imagine if he lost Batum to free agency this year and how that would of changed the outlook of his awesome starting lineup. After losing out on Deron and finally finding my PG, I have faith he will stay. It's why I took the risk.

I get where you are coming from completely, but Ibaka's value really goes down because of the way this league does free agency. You saw teams like New York and Phoenix lose their superstars and get nothing in return for them, and the TC does not want that to happen to Charlotte. Now, I think people should be giving you more credit than you are getting. Honestly, I really like your team even if you do not get Durant. In my opinion, the Raptors will be a playoff team this year and might even surprise some people. While you may run into cap problems after this year, I still like your core and think you are on the right track. Keep trying buddy and eventually you will be able to improve your team.

Yeah I would've loved to have Tristan Thompson... I saw other people making one post and declaring ALL of their team options picked up so I just did that, but Ian messaged me telling me that was unacceptable. Then when I went to do them individually afterwards I didn't realize Tristan was a team option. But that's my own fault, I guess. But as far as protecting GMs, idk. Charlotte's former GM's posts have yet to be removed so it's pretty much pointless for me to update anything because I can't edit James Lutkus' posts. I haven't even been awarded SAC and POR's 2014 draft rights, yet, either. Compounded with my loss of Tristan Thompson, my beginning's at D5 have not been very encouraging.
I'm very new so I don't really have a lot of weight in my opinion, but as far as trading away Durant goes, I think he could do a lot worse, and the claim to be protecting GMs... idk!

It's just a pissing me off now and if this was happening to you guys you would be in the same boat as myself. I've had 5 trades. 2 have been rejected. And before the off season my track record was 1 trade accepted, 2 rejected. It sucks not being able to rip off other GMs but there's rules in place because the health of the entire league is more important than anything else. You and Ujiri have already proven you're great GMs, I think you're doing a great job with Toronto, there's no thread in the staff section we reserve that for Billy and Vlade ;D

wow. Just imagine how good would Thunder be with no trades at all from season 1. Durant, Westbrook, Harden, Ibaka. They certainly made a good prediction with Cousins but the currect team doesn't come close to the team without trades. And it would be worse if wasn't for the new GM that got Millsap and Thomas for Lowry.
Also, with the old bird rights rules I believe Thunder could have had the opportunity to sign 1 or 2 good FAs.

Toronto Raptors accept this deal. A lot of you might think im crazy for doing this but im looking at the future right now. hahahahaha. Anyway, I admire you for getting a deal for Kevin Durant 2 years ago when he was the GOAT even if it got rejected.
