I fairly certain you stated in the chat box that we can now trade 2016 picks...
Anyways, here is my acceptance even if we have to put this deal on hold. _________________________________________ The Washington Wizards are excited to have the opportunity to bring in a great young forward in Ersan Ilyasova. While we valued Bledsoe's potential very highly, we feel Ersan is a better fit for us going forward. After losing Jeff Green in free agency, we are ecstatic to bring in another forward to replace his spot as a core piece of our franchise.
Ersan has shown flashes of his elite potential including a game in 2012 in which he scored 29 points while recording 25 rebounds.
Perhaps the most exciting part of this deal for us is finally establishing our front court of the future. We have every intention of starting Ersan at the SF position which will give us this line-up.
Ilyasova (6'10) - Olynyk (7'0) - Len (7'1)
Aside from Ilyasova, we also bring in Jared Dudley who is a very solid player on a nice contract. To top it off we receive a future first round pick as well as a few second rounders.
Finally, the major selling point for us in this deal is the long term contract in which Ilyasova is signed. Bledsoe only has 2 years left and will most likely demand a lot of money once he hits free agency. Ilyasova on the other hand, will be locked up for 4 years on what we believe is a very reasonable deal.
The Washington Wizards are happy to announce we have accepted this deal.

Guys, I believe that the violation here is on the 2nd part of the rule. Billy's '14 and '15 firsts are with other teams, thus he cannot move his '16 first.

No Billy is in possession of both 2nd rounders he offered me. Ian clearly stated the violation is with the 2016 pick. 2014(1) - 2015(2) - 2016(3) Unless I'm missing something, 2016 follows the rule. Edit: The violation is in the 2nd part of the rule since Billy can't trade a third 1st rounder.

The violation is that you must own one of your three first round picks. Billy has already traded his 2014 1st round pick and his 2015 1st round pick. So he is required to keep his 2016 1st round pick.

You cannot trade three consecutive first round picks in any deal.

This bit of the rule means that only two first rounders can be traded.
A team like my Celtics owns all three: 2014 1st, 2015 1st and 2016 1st.
Brooklyn has traded his 2014 and 2015 1st rounders, so he's traded "two of the three" first round picks that are his.
