Deron Williams To OKC! Oklahoma City recently took the league by storm, making one of the biggest trades in recent history. Deron Williams found a new home in Oklahoma City, adding a veteran presence in what was an extremely young lineup. The Thunder had to part ways with controversial Point Guard, Russell Westbrook. The Thunder didn't like the fact that James Harden, and Kevin Durant, both had more assists then the teams Point Guard. They wanted a Point Guard who can come in, and score, and still make the great passes to execute points. The Thunder also acquired high flyer, Gerald Green, and Role Player, Sundiata Gaines. Thunder Defeat Clippers! In The Thunder's first game. They defeated the Clippers 107-86. Kevin Durant had 27 points, 12 rebounds, and 6 assists. James Harden had 23 points, and 9 assists. Finally, Russell Westbrook finished his last game with the Thunder, with 23 points, 4 assists, and 7 rebounds. A great opening game for The Thunder That's it for this edition of The Thunder Bolt folks. Stay tuned for more Thunder updates throughout the season!

Espn: Do you think the addition of Deron would affect the morale in the locker room? Westbrook has been a key piece to the success of OKC, and has a tight bond with Harden and Durrant.

Personally, i think Westbrook was more of a cancer to the team, rather then having a "tight bond" He thought OKC was his team, when the team is in Kevin Durants hands. Last game he once again, took more shots then Kevin Durant. With Deron Williams on the team, We can expect a lot more assists, more shots coming Kevin Durants way, as well as James Hardens way.
