Indiana Trades: 80 Chauncey Billups $5,000,000 - $5,500,000 - $6,460,500 70 Josh Selby $762,195 - $884,293 71 David Andersen $490,180 Total Salaries: $6,252,375
Lakers Trade: 78 Nikola Pekovic $4,837,200 78 Nate Robinson $2,500,000 - $2,900,000 - $3,300,000 Total Salaries: $7,337,200
6,252,375 * 1.25 = $7,815,468
works within 125 rule.
I need a more steady and sturdy presence on at my PG position which will help me make the run to a title this year in the playoffs.
Although I am leaving behind better offers (best offers) I am choosing to do this one because I need my team to be rock solid and Billups has historically been a good sim player at the PG position.

This was submitted 5 minutes after the deadline, but I'll allow it, hah I like this deal for both teams. Indiana set themselves up with a weakness at C with Dalembert in the lineup, so this gives them Mr Pekovic and Nate to compensate for the loss of Chauncey. Chauncey is championship pedigree and gives the Lakers a great PG, plus they can make up for the loss of Pekovic with either Asik or Vucevic, not great players but pretty good. I accept.

I accept.
It is VERY hard to trade Chauncey. He is a great character guy and great leader. He was putting up pretty good numbers as well.
I get Lil' Nate Robinson and Pekovic. I plan to start both of these guys. Robinson will giver a low budget player to carry into next year. He showed that he could play a little bit against the Heat. Pekovic does two things. He improves both my starting lineup and bench. He is a really good young talent. Both of these guys draw tough first round matchups. Rose/Howard or Dragic/Bosh
It was hard to trade Billups. He will be good for the Lakers. This trade helps me in a lot of ways, though.

I think both Pekovic and Nate are better than Chauncey at this point in his career. He's 36 and is a shell of his former self. But since Pek has pretty much no value to the Lakers seeing as he can't re-sign him, I accept.

The only reason Indy that you are even top 5 in the East this season is because of Billups. Hes a great sim player. Bad choice bro. Best of luck. Ill be checkin in on some of you guys...the ones I like...but anyway you will believe me when you get knocked out of the first round...AGAIN!!!

Yea, JR come back. Seriously, there's no reason to flip out so hard over a sim league like that. Just take back your Spurs. The day before you quit you told me that this league would die before you weren't the GM of the Spurs anymore... What happened to that? I'm also sorry for the bad blood between you and I. I wish you could realize that nobody is out to get you and that I had my reasons for the Tim Duncan signing. And I wasn't screwing you over the Evan Turner trade either. I had no ties with you in that other than Brooklyn decided to take my trade. I didn't even know you wanted Turner until you posted your thread. So come on back to where you belong and get your damn Spurs out of the cellar.

J.R. You are a great GM. You are very insightful about what you do. Come on back and lead your Spurs to the playoffs.
