At first glance I don't really like these ratings in general. I like how we have it for the top of the draft class, MKG, Beal and Waiters don't deserve 80s yet imo. Here are my changes:
84 Anthony Davis -> 80 84 Damian Lillard -> 82 (I think we can just leave him where he is already) 82 Bradley Beal -> 78 (82 is way too high, his 75 might be a little low) 80 Michael Kidd-Gilchrist -> 77 (He's fine where he is) 80 Dion Waiters -> 78 (Match Beal) 78 Terrence Ross -> 75 (A little too high, that's what hype does for you) 68 Perry Jones -> 73 (I think he's being punished for being on such a good team) 73 Orlando Johnson -> 69 (Weirdly high) 73 Kent Bazemore -> 69 (Same thing for him, why are they better than Perry Jones?) 64 Marquis Teague -> 67 (Bazemore is a 73 and he's a 64? What?) 58 Robert Sacre -> 64 (Why is he at least 6 points lower than everyone else, seems random)
Whatever, there are some others but ultimately I think anything below 75 doesn't matter very much. They'll prove they're a good enough player or they'll sit on the bench forever.

I say adjust all rookie ratings to those Ian has... No matter if any rating falls or raises... Play the season out and after the playoffs adjust. They are rookies and some are still playing now in the playoffs. Let the NBA finish the season and after our playoffs we can then vote on increases., etc.

They seem good for the most part but some of the guys at the top seem a little high. For the most part I agree with Alex English's changes. Beal and Waiters are about equal but neither should be quite to 80 yet. Davis hasn't done anything to deserve an 84 at this point either.

Could probably nit-pick these a bit but I'll say I basically agree with Alex's opinions, and lastly would add that Jon Henson should probably be like a 74 based on what he's shown already when given time...but, probably doesn't really matter enough to worry about.

I'll make these part of my rating changes duties once free agency is over/whenever I get the time.
