According to LEBRON from bball-index, he has the WORST defensive LEBRON out of ANY starting center in the league this season besides Vucevic and has BY FAR the WORST offensive LEBRON with -2.30 vs Jakob Poeltl -1.29, and he also has BY FAR the worst total LEBRON with -1.96, when the next candidate is also Nikola Vucevic, with a POSITIVE 0.59, that's how absurdly bad he has been.
That said, it's fair to assume that DeAndre Ayton has been the worst starting center in the NBA with maybe the exception of Nikola Vucevic and possibly Jalen Duren, and personally I think he might be having a worst year than both.
If you actually watch Blazers games, he doesn't pass the eye test either, by simply not trying on either offense or defense, setting the laziest screens the league has since the 2016 NBA All Star Game, and you could argue most, if not all of his sucess came from playing with Chris Paul, who's whole career has made average centers look like competent NBA players.
He is 8-20 this season when he plays, while the Blazers are 5-11 without him (better), despite his backup being Duop Reath from South Sudan who's a 27 year old Rookie.
And as a side note, his build notoriously needs very few points given the type of player he is.
