Biggest lowball threads come up every once in a while around here, but what about this, what are some trade offers you got that you almost made but for some reason you couldn't pull the trigger? Looking back now, do you regret it?

To start, some time last year JJ Savage offered me Serge Ibaka straight up for Kenneth Faried. I'm still on the fence about it now. I'm sure he's really happy about it though since he ended up getting DeMarcus Cousins for him.
Others?

I remember discussing Derrick Williams with Rex/Vlade for a guard, I think it was Lou Williams.
Lou had a hot start, and my fear was that Derrick would continue to ride the bench. Of course, Kevin Love then proceeded to injure every possible bone in his body and give Derrick all the time in world to earn a spot, followed by Lou having his season ended prematurely.
Still love Lou though, and hope he comes back next year.

Me and Blake nearly did this deal, until I realised I wouldn't be able to re-sign Hibbert in the Off Season:
Enes Kanter Avery Bradley BOS 2013 1st
<->
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist Roy Hibbert ORL (or SAC) 2014 1st
Now that I look at it, I don't think I would've done the deal even if I could have re-sign Hibbert, lol.

That's a tough one to decline I think. Speaking of Enes Kanter, I got this PM for one time Jazz GM Juan Pablo: I would have accepted that deal easily but I had already traded Koufos and Brewer. So Juan Pablo lived another day to get robbed by you in what is still probably the most one sided trade to be accepted.
