Jaime is playing 30min per game in a very good and deep Miami team, and pretty much always closing the games. Not over the top stats, but that has also to do with how Heat plays (8 guys averaging over 10ppg). But in general he just doing right things on the floor all the time, and shooting very efficiently.

Very high BB-IQ and imo one of the better off-ball cutters in the league already, and a great post-up game averaging 1.12 point per possession (top 10 for guards/wings). Both of those aspects lead to great inside scoring (32% of his shots between 0-3 feet with .695FG%)

Also a pretty decent defender both on and off the ball.
