Poole had a very rough start to the season, and although he has been trending upwards (December .556 TS%) he is definitely not as expected, and all around decrease in offense ratings is needed. In defense he is actually averaging career high steals, although in general also few points can be taken off there from already low numbers.
I would still argue that he is the same player as before, but just can't handle the role of being no.1 scorer in a team and focus of opposite defenses. As a 3rd option / 6th man in a better team I think he is still clearly skilled enough for a 79-80 rated player. It's not easy to play in the dumpster fire of Washington Wizards.

I feel like the 77+ range we’re currently trending toward is basically going exclusively off of volume counting stats that likely wouldn’t carry over for the next year or two if he keeps producing at such sub-par efficiency. Tempted to go for more like 75 but I’ll stay closer to the pack at 77

Those shooting splits really are dreadful.
And it's not like he really does all that much in any of the other counting categories. Just high-volume crap scorer.
I'll go 77 but...it's a rough one.

25pts 5ast with 1to and 8/17 shooting in the game before.
Picking up more and more as season progresses and definitely still more skilled than a typical role player
