Micic was drafted by the Rockets in 2014. I don't know why we've done this weird expiring draft rights thing for Euros. The Rockets should still be able to sign Micic to his rookie contract.

We’d have to change the rule starting next draft if that’s what we elect to do. Can’t do a change now when other gms have lost rights to guys they drafted.
