I think playoff threads are dumb. Straight up. Sample is small, and really it ends up being the actual SAME matchup, repeatedly. A 7-game series is sort of like a 1-game sample, on repeat (sometimes).

So like I said in the Murray thread: ... I didn't expect the regular season to be forgotten, anybody paying attention would've seen me say that in Discord already. Being too lazy to source regular season stats in the Murray thread is not the same as saying we should ignore his regular season stats, that's on you guys for misconstruing it. It pissed me off a bit to see people deliberately ignore the above comment, then let their imaginations run wild with what I might have meant, but then on top of that post a thread like this one in some kind of childish retaliation. It wouldn't matter so much but I don't feel I have jurisdiction to trash even an obvious troll thread if it's in the Stock Watch, this is Walt's realm, but I'm trashing it now because fuck it. |
