Is this contract legal? It starts at the minimum and I thought those were two year max length Minimum contracts can only be two years, but the wording is open for interpretation. Since it's not a minimum contract after the first year I'm not sure if it qualifies as one. But we'll find out! |

I thought they had to be signed before the start of OSFA. I guess that means before the start of this one. I will delete. |
