Suns Trade:
70 Greg Oden $5,000,000 $5,500,000(PO) 79 Leandro Barbosa* $7,425,788 $8,242,624 $8,242,625 69 D.J. White $3,001,751 Total: $15,427,539
Salary Before: $56,396,942 +/- $772,461 Salary After: $57,169,403
Spurs Trade: 79 Lamar Odom $8,200,000 81 Caron Butler $8,000,000 $8,000,000 Total: $16,200,000
Salary Before: $63,263,401 +/- $772,461 Salary After: $62,490,940
We will have to wait to finalize this when OSFA trading is allowed. The Spurs accept and we are doing this because we are hoping Oden resigns after the season and we hope in real life he makes a comeback. Barbosa has been playing well in Sim and I like what White is doing in China right now and I hope he comes back here and plays well so his rating can improve. I lose Butler and Odom but I have been shopping them to change things up a bit.

The Suns accept. With the way our team has been playing lately, we are in line for another playoff push and upgrading at our starting lineup now would help towards that goal.

All these players suck and are overpaid. The best part about this trade is that Phoenix frees up 5.7mil in cap space at the end of the season. This is one team's trash for the other team's trash. Can't really say it's unfair though so I accept.

If I was personally involved with this trade I wouldn't want anything to do with it. In my opinion it's total garbage. But, here we have two GMs who have agreed to this trade and see something in it for their teams. So even though I personally would have no interest in being part of a trade like this I accepted it because I can't say it's unfair. I'm not really sure what your complaint is. I suck because my opinions suck? Ultimately my opinions don't matter, all that really matters are those last two words in my first post, I accept, the rest can be taken in and considered or completely ignored.

Not positive if we should even vote yet or not, since they can't really be traded yet...I guess Ian will probably just queue them up though.
I'll accept. Mostly agree with Alex, none of the players really are worth much considering their contracts...don't see a problem with it.

This trade actually puts the Spurs above 15 players, they will need to one player.
