I think people originally got a bit carried away with his rating after the final run. Is he a good player? Yes. But he's obviously lazy, specially on defense. He's bottom 10 on both D Raptor and Total Raptor. He's clearly phoning it in after the Suns matched the Pacers offer. He's also a negative on LEBRON sandwiched between Ivica Zubac and Isaiah Stewart for players with over 1000 minutes.

17.5/9.9/2.1/0.5/0.7 on 58/32/71 splits (61% TS)
My suggestion to Walt break down his defense, change around his offense a bit if needed, keeps his athletic stats high since he still is a elite level talent despite his laziness.
