We accept this deal,
We give a lot, but I like what we get back. We do this deal to get something back for Hibbert. We won't have the cap space to resign him next year, but WAS does so I wanted to get something back for him. Trading MKG was very hard for me, he is one of my favorite rookies and I really enjoy his energy, but it was needed that he be included for this deal to go through.
I get Leonard, who can start at the Center and I gain the room in my lineup to start West, who is my team's best player this far into the season. Taking Darko's contract is hard, that's a big contract, but at least I get a Center of the future in Meyers Leonard and the First Round Picks are of teams with two of the worst records in the league. However after this deal, WAS will almost definitely be better, HOU is on a 7 game losing streak.
I think it makes the rebuilding process for my team quicker, and after trading another good pick, BKN, this sets us back into a rebuild now spot, while making our lineup better.
New Lineup: PG - Nelson SG - Brewer SF - Beasley PF - West C - Leonard

I gotta reject. MKG and Hibbert are all your team has to look forward too and you're giving them up for maybe two lottery picks in what looks like a weak draft and a rookie who hasn't been very impressive at all. Then Darko who probably has negative value since he has another year left on his contract. We do this deal to get something back for Hibbert. We won't have the cap space to resign him next year How so? You have 49mil for next year and your only team options are Xavier Henry, a bust, and Luke Babbitt, a mediocre player at best. I think it would be stupid not to let both those guys go, they aren't worth their salary. That's 9-10mil without doing anything which might be enough right there. Why not look to make a trade to get rid of 3-4mil for next year? 13-14mil is more than enough to keep Hibbert. You are basically giving up here and we're not even 20 games into the season. Trading MKG was very hard for me, he is one of my favorite rookies and I really enjoy his energy, but it was needed that he be included for this deal to go through. No it wasn't. Without MKG (and Darko to match salaries) I think it's actually a decent trade for both teams. Considering Hibbert could walk getting Loenard and two fairly good picks in return is a fair deal imo.

in what looks like a weak draft Not at all. Although I prefer the 2014 Draft to this years, one of the reasons next years draft will be good is because of how good this years class is. PF/C: Mason Plumlee, Alex Len, Cody Zeller, Nerlens Noel, and Rudy Gobert. SG/SF: Tony Mitchell, Ben McLemore, Shabazz Muhammad, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope , Reggie Bullock, and Anthony Bennett. PG: Marcus Smart, Michael Carter-Williams, and Trey Burke. That's fourteen players in the draft, not in any mock order. I also have my own pick which I think will be lotto. Any three of these players, plus Leonard, who is still young and could definitely receive minutes next season, and Beasley, who performs well in this sim league, and boom.. I have a great young squad in a year with two picks in the next draft. Plus there's also a ton of other great players, if Seth Curry were to come into the league, he would probably be great, like his brother. If you're saying the draft isn't very deep, that wouldn't matter to me very much with three, two in the deal, lottery firsts. Also, I would rather resign West, he performs much better all around for us, and would be cheaper, where as, Hibbert is mainly defensive and would want more money. But, taking the chance of him resigning doesn't sound like a risk I'm willing to take, as you said Hibbert and MKG were all my team had to look forward to, but if he doesn't resign then I'm down to MKG, whose numbers have been slipping. This way I get two new players, signed to long deals next season, and a young Center with a long deal for the risk of resigning him. And I have tried to trade for cap space. Taking on Darko is worth it, I am very confident that this draft class will be great. Please, tell me what you mean by weak.

Please, tell me what you mean by weak. I mean that most of the prospects aren't very good or have limited potential. I think the only guys with star potential are Nerlens Noel, Anthony Bennett (who is a PF btw), Shabazz Muhammed, Ben McLemore and Trey Burke. We are still really far away from the draft but everyone else looks like they won't be much better than an average starter give or take a few notable mistakes. I think the fact that Cody Zeller is a potential #1 pick is a giant red flag for the draft class. He has a pretty low ceiling, especially when you consider he is a 7 footer who only has a 6'8" wingspan. That puts him at a big physical disadvantage in the NBA right off the bat. Then there is the fact that most media sources have this draft class as weak, so that accounts for something I guess. Also I would be shocked if David West re-signs. He is 32 years old and your team, if all goes well, probably still won't be relevant for a few years. By that time West won't be good anymore. Compared to the 26 year old Hibbert it seems like a bad move to side with West.

Alex Len is a beast. And Bennett can play both PF and SF, I just put him as a SF due to his height. It doesn't really matter though.

Apologies in advance to Michael Jordan, this being his first trade, but I can't accept this deal.
Hibbert > Leonard Kidd-Gilchrist >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Milicic
Two picks in what's toted as a legendarily weak draft don't balance this out for me.
I reject.
