James has decided, after fielding multiple offers, to join Jerry West and the Trailblazers in the Pacific Northwest. He's excited to pick up the pieces after a rough first two years in the League and join a young team on a 'prove it' contract. 

Ian Noble , this uses some of Portland’s available cap space.

Terms and conditions are below:

Year 1 (2022-23): $3,000,000
Year 2 (2023-24): $3,000,000 (Team Option)
