We're about halfway through the season and Giddey is averaging
16 points, 8 rebounds, 5.7 assists. He's one of the league's best rebounding guards, if not the best, and he's raised his shooting splits considerably - shooting 48/34/81. The Thunder are over-performing, and Giddey - their 2nd highest scoring player and number one playmaker - is a large part of that.
In fact, his trajectory is only looking better as the season goes down. His season-long stats are weighed down by the first 20 games, when since December 1st he's averaging:
17.6 points, 8.5 rebounds, 6 assists on 50/40/91.
