Dennis Smith Jr., after considering the NFL route, has decided to touchdown in Sacramento to join Amare Stoudemire and Chris Webber's Kings rebuilding effort! He will be signing a 1+1 contract with the second year a Team Option. Dennis has been trying to break back into the League and the chance to get minutes on the Kings was too good of an opportunity to pass up.

Year 1 (2022-23): $3,750,000
Year 2 (2023-24)(TO): $4,000,000
Ian Noble, this signing uses a good portion of the King's remaining MLE, which had only $6 MM of the $10.4 MM used.
