I’m willing to go 78.5 on the improved offensive outlook, but on defense he is a sieve despite the steals — 12th percentile in On/Off on defense (outscored 7.5 pts when he is on the floor versus off for the Rockets) and it’s hard to push a guy like this in that low 80s tier with such a massive deficiency on one end of the floor.

I think 78 is fair. It's really tough to tell how good anyone is in Houston. It's just an awful collection of overlapping skillsets and no leaders/veterans in the room to actually make them competitive.
