...in a world where crime is rampant in San Antonio, two detectives take markedly different paths to clean the streets. Detective Hutch (Boban Marjanovic) is a classic Casanova, preferring to use his gigantic size and humor to diffuse situations and give back to the community. Detective Starsky (Juancho Hernangomez) is a bull in the ring, and everything is a Rodeo clown ready to be pulverized into submission by the law. When the Spurs beloved mascot is kidnapped by a local politician (Will Ferrell) hell bent on blackmailing the team to leave the city for a new extravagant Alamo themed amusement park on the arena's site, this duo must team up to stop the madman in his tracks.
