Patty has decided to return to Chris Mullin's Golden State Warriors as he hits the last stages of his NBA career. Patty has enjoyed great success with the Warriors and is excited to return to help them continue to contend at the top of the Western Conference. Patty's free agency was very slow, with not a lot of early interest that we felt was financially commensurate with where he wanted to be. However, over the last five days his market heated up to the point where we felt comfortable with the money secured to sign.
Patty will be back with the Warriors for a two year deal at $20 MM total. At age 34, he is glad that he was able to secure a better contract than his Nets extension with a championship level team.
We'd like to thank the Knicks, Kings, Jazz, and Timberwolves for their interest at various stages of the free agent process.

Year 1 (2022-23): $10,000,000
Year 2 (2023-24): $10,000,000
Total: $20,000,000
