Jarrett is heading to join the Kings of the North, Bryan Colangelo and the Toronto Raptors, on a 2+1 contract. He is hoping playing amongst some great veterans like Chris Paul, Pascal Siakam, and Jonas Valanciunus will help resuscitate his career, which got off to a whimpering start with the Utah Jazz where he didn't even finish out his rookie contract. He expects the veterans -- along with Coach Nick Nurse -- to make him earn his minutes and kick his ass every practice to ensure he can live up to that pre-draft potential as a two way wing. He knows this is his 'prove it' moment and he will try to not waste the opportunity.

This was Jarrett's only offer through 2.5 weeks of free agency.

This man averages 3.5 PPG on 37/25/47 (not a typo on the FTs) splits, and he didn’t finish his D5 or in real life rookie deals with his drafted team. I made several Shoutbox or Discord messages Shaquille O'Neal about who didn’t have offers and even then, only TOR came forward for Culver.

It's not about the player I don't care about Culver, I'm Just pointing out that team options are not being sent out in the NBA right now. I think only 1 active player has a contract with team option at the end. (I may be wrong)
