I get it, his shooting %'s aren't great, but he's averaging almost identical numbers to D'Angelo Russell who is rated at an 81. So either rate Cole the same as D'Angelo, or lower D'Angelo if you think that an 81 it too high for Cole.
Cole averages more rebounds, but slightly less assists. Cole takes/makes more Free Throws, but takes/makes slightly less from 3. Almost everything else is identical.
Your call, but he's obviously better than a 71 regardless.
