I accept. This is a sad day in New Orleans as Gordon Hayward moves on after 8 years with the franchise. We finally made it to the playoffs last season and were able to win a playoff series.
Unfortunately this year our team is weaker and I don't see a plausible path for us to make the playoffs again, let alone win a round.
We didn't want Gordon to waste away on a lottery team in his final few years so we sent him to a true contender, a team that has consistently gone deep in the playoffs.
We are sad to see Gordon go but cannot wait to welcome him back for his jersey retirement ceremony.

As much as I really really like Devin Vassell and didn't want to part with him Gordan Hayward completes my lineup great I've been looking for a small forward to compliment everything and now I have one and his salary and is fit is perfect for Rudy and the rest of my team with Houston taking a step back and the Spurs injury problem I feel like this vaults me in the top 3 of the West again! this team is now ready to roll thank you for that easy talks Brian and good luck to the Pelicans
