We took Rui out in D5 for personal reasons, which is what both Simmons and Dragic are listed Out for. They are both seemingly in unfit conditions to play based on the evidence we have.
This is different than Horford last year, or Wall this year, who is not even listed as injured on rotoworld.

Then Kyrie shouldn’t have been available cause that was personal reasons choosing not to comply with NY law to play

Then Kyrie shouldn’t have been available cause that was personal reasons choosing not to comply with NY law to play ...but that's not true? lol Kyrie was never listed out for personal reasons, he has been available for away games all season And Goran, by all accounts, was getting phased out by the Raptors to the point they were going to sit him out a la Horford and Wall. My issue is you argued at length for a grey area situation with your own player who made a personal choice that impacted his ability to be eligible to play, yet with an instance with similar characteristics where the team hadn’t yet made the choice to keep Goran out but were trending that way, you argue he should be designated ‘Out’.

This isn’t even about Kyrie lol, you are just distracting from the situation. He was never listed Out, only as unavailable for home games.
Find me some reputable accounts that say Simmons is not out for mental health reasons, or that Goran is not out for personal reasons, and I’ll gladly say they shouldn’t be on the IR in D5. Horford and Wall were never listed out like Simmons and Goran are. We can’t just ignore the source we’ve decided to use in D5 because our personal conjecture thinks the teams are lying about why the players are out.

So coincidental you brought it up now Andrei Kirilenko when Kyrie just got back to playing regularly

So coincidental you brought it up now Andrei Kirilenko when Kyrie just got back to playing regularly Not sure I understand this when Kyrie’s status hasn’t changed all season? This really has nothing to do with Kyrie lol, maybe more to do with Kawhi. I am just frustrated that we don’t apply our injury rules objectively. We need a better system if we are basing decisions on personal opinion and speculation rather than the objective sources we describe in our rules.

I clicked this link - where does it say 2-4 weeks? Not trying to start anything, just trying to keep everyone honest. I don't see that in the article, but I could be missing it.

From the article
One league source told The Observer that Hayward could be out for upward of a month as he recovers and goes through rehabilitation
So technically 4 weeks

Ian Noble, the roster limit is 12 correct? With Goran now listed as out I am at 11 healthy players.

Ian Noble, the roster limit is 12 correct? With Goran now listed as out I am at 11 healthy players. Signed players yes, but with injuries your team can go down as far as 9 players. Player Injuries- Teams with enough injuries to take their roster below 9 uninjured players must sign a player to bring the number back to 9 or higher. If a team's roster then exceeds 15 players once players return from injury, the team must cut a player to remain under the 15 player roster limit.
