I have a lot of cap space, but not really realistic chance of signing big names (this year). And the couple of young players I wanted, got bigger offers than I was willing to pay.
Getting some picks for cap space without sacrificing cap flexibility for next FA fits my plans pretty well.

Wow not sure why it takes two 2nd rounders to give away Montrezl for nothing.
Also if Miami's targeting who I think he's targeting I'm not sure that player is worth more than what he's literally giving away for free here.
I guess I will accept since Shaq's a veteran but holy crap.
