I accept this trade

Reason: well it was time to try something new out after my team had a early and surprising exit in the playoffs last year.

In this trade I clear up a roster spot for one.

In addition I get rid of Kleiza's ugly contract which is worth nothing and atleast get somewhat decent player for RJ.

Although losing Udoh is a tough and bitter blow.

I cannot have Andrea Bargnani just score and continue to NO SHOW on defense and rebounding it's just unacceptable the way he has been playing for the remainder of the season with LAL just garbage performance from him.

With Bogut on the team I have the option of keeping him or trading Bynum, and resigining Bogut won't be a problem since Kobe's contract ends same time as Bogut's does creating cap space for my team to resign him.

Although I didn't want to give up on Afflalo because I firmly believe he can be a difference maker with ORL in real life and LAL with this team, I don't have time to be patient while I have a superstar at the level of a Kobe Bryant on the team, so although Dorrell Wright is a short term contract player, he is a pretty good one at that and he has shown an increase in statistics and production through his stop at GSW and now PHI after being buried in the bench with MIA for the first 5-6 years of his career.

I accept this trade, It's hard for me to part ways with Bogut but I have an opportunity to remove RJ huge contract.

Richard Jefferson is at the end of his career and Afflalo still has some nice value left so in that regards, the trade favors Golden State. Golden State also is getting back their 1st round pick from a few years ago in Ekpe Udoh, who is showing signs of good defense with the Milwaukee Bucks in real life. So the value is more on Golden States side.

However, if Bogut can stay healthy, he is a top 5 center in this league. As a Bucks fan that has watched him play most of his career, he is a defensive presence and can change the game but he NEEDS to stay healthy which is a big concern at this point. Bargnani is inconsistent but when he is on fire, he can be lethal.

It's a big risk for LAL to hope Bogut can stay healthy, but I feel this is a fair deal because I firmly believe when Bogut is healthy, his value evens out this deal.

I think the Lakers will have to trade either Bynum or Bogut though, neither of those guys are really PFs, but this trade fixes the Lakers small forward weakspot which is nice to see.

Golden State don't really have much of a Center option after this, I suppose Bargs could play there? It's not enough of a reason to reject though.

This trade is terrible for Golden State. Bogut is a top 3 center when healthy (which he is in this sim league) and Dorrell Wright is one of the most underrated players in the league. GSW trades a true Center for a tweeter PF who is a liability defensively and a terrible rebounder. Bargs also has a terrible contract. GSW says r wants out of Jeffersons contract but he take on even more money in the future by doing this deal. Affalo is nothing more than a role player whose loyalty got paid before they shipped him off.

I don't see how this trade is acceptable at all. It hurts GSW in the present and the future. He was an eighth seed caliber team this season and he takes a huge step back by trading his second most valuable asset and future cap space for ROLE PLAYERS.

I agree about Bogut. I haven't seen his injury bug strike very much in sim leagues. Real life is different. Jefferson is pretty much done and will likely exercise his PO as he probably isn't going to get that kind of money from any other team and I also agree Wright has been underrated as a player.

Bargs is a slightly above avg player, nothing to write home about. Afflalo has shown signs of promise. The others are filler IMO.

I don't feel the trade is bad enough to vote No on though.
