Kings clear cap for the future AND get a 1st and get two great bench players.
Brooklyn gets a legit starting caliber PF if he doesn't want to have a smallish lineup with Wallace/Marion both starting. Or, just an amazing bench player.
Scola makes a pretty penny but Brooklyn has already kind of committed to this whole "good players now (or next two-three years), don't care if they are overpaid, trying to win it all" thing.
He'll have bird rights on Lopez, so he can re-sign him w/o worrying about his cap. As of now, if the cap stays the same, Brooklyn will have less than 7 million to spend next offseason.
Just some concerns I have, I'll think it over and vote later.

Trading regulations mean that this trade is not allowed guys:
"Trading of draft picks is allowed up to a maximum of three years in the future. Only two of the three first round picks may be traded."
Brooklyn has already traded two of their three.
