Rework with new overall proposed rating of 93 (from current 92)
Efficiency wise, his shooting for the Mavs vs his shooting here in D5 don’t line up. He’s at 48/35/73 percentages, with 59% TS and in the sims he’s lagging badly at 42/33/80 (that FT the only split that looks better). Proposing the 10 rating points from a one point overall bump just get plowed straight into FG.
For anyone who wants to see his overall numbers since his last stockwatch, they are (across last year and to date this year):
2019-20 season (36 games): 28.5 PPG, 9.3 RPG, 8.8 APG, 0.9 SPG, 0.3 BPG, shot 45/30/71 during that stretch
2019-20 playoffs vs. LAC (6 games): 31 PPG, 9.8 RPG, 8.7 APG, 1.2 SPG, shot 50/37/66 in the series
2020-21 season (62 games): 28.2 PPG, 8.7 APG, 8.0 RPG, 1.0 SPG, 0.5 BPG, shooting 48/35/73 on 59% TS (up from last year). Currently sporting 7.7 WS, .171 WS/48, 9.1 WAR (tied with Embiid and Kawhi for 6th overall in that), 6.7 Offensive RAPTOR (4th in the League)
Not looking for a crazy jump in rating— just rework acknowledging he shoots far better and at a truer clip than his current build.
