New York Knicks Send:82 Aaron Gordon $24,000,000 $25,000,000 $25,000,000 $25,000,000 69 Luke Kornet $965,683 Total salary sent: $24,965,683 (x 1.25 = $31,207,104) Orlando Magic Send:79 Otto Porter Jr $29,287,338 $31,197,38276 Hamidou Diallo $934,234 2023 ORL 2nd Total salary sent: $30,221,572 (< $31,207,104) I accept. I move on from Porter, who I've been shopping for awhile. While I have to give up value to get rid of him, I'm happy its not a 1st. AG is probably overpaid, but he provides me with an immediate upgrade at PF for the playoffs. At age 25 I have hope there is room for some improvement and I think his new situation in Denver will better complement his skillset. This deal also reduces my current salary and increases my cap space for the offseason. Arvydas Sabonis

Accept. Makes sense for both teams, though I think Aaron Gordon netting just a bad contract, a soon to be free agent and a 2nd rounder shows the state of our trade market. Though to be fair I guess, Gordon's contract is also nothing pretty.

Accept Trade market for Gordon was not easy. He has been on the block for the whole season and for some teams where he could have been a great fit, the GM's were looking to get compensation to take his contract. It's not great contract obviously, but he is still solid player.
In the other hand OPJ's contract ending lines up with Whiteside's big expiring, so in Off-season of 2023 I'll be having massive amount of cap space and hopefully couple of rising stars to attract talent.
Diallo could turn into something nice, so hopefully I can manage to keep him in the FA.
