MILWAUKEE BUCKS TRADE 79 Robert Covington $24,585,265 - $26,188,652 77 Rajon Rondo $8,000,000 - $8,000,000 2021 1st Round Pick 2021 2nd Round Pick 2023 2nd Round Pick
Total: $$32,585,265 (x1.25 = $40,731,581.2)
LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS TRADE 79 Paul Millsap $34,915,620 68 Harry Giles $3,790,234
Total: $38,705,854
I accept.
In the immediate future, this allows me to get Dejounte Murray and Mikal Bridges into the starting lineup while giving me some more depth in the front court for the playoffs.
This move also allows me to free up some money for extensions and not be so up against the hard cap.

It makes no sense to me how this could be better than what I was offering, or could have offered, but ok.
I accept.

The Clippers accept.
After actively shopping Milsap and Giles for many weeks now, I decided to go ahead and convert some of that value as an expiring contract into some draft capital. To be honest it isn't as much as I would have liked to have got back in return but still relatively happy with this pull.
We still have plenty of FA money for this off-season and now have a significant amount for next as well.
