Defense is not criticized that much with several praises here and there. Actually he had already last year +2.0 DBPM rating, and +1.8 this year. That would be top 15 in the league and most of the guys higher than that are centers. Also really high steal %. Not enough minutes yet to qualify for either leaderboards but imho he is already one of the better wing defenders in the league. In offense shooting is still more work in progress, but he got very good handles and drives I'm pretty high on this guy. 74 |

I've got someone starting in DJJ who yall rated 73 so I'm not sure how someone who barely plays is the same rating as that  69 no change |

DJJ averages more points and shoots a better percentage lol. What do you mean THT needs a huge difference in 3pt? He's shooting 28% from deep  And THT averages 1.8 assists and 1.2 turnovers. How does that equate to anything more than very lousy ratings? DJJ is better on both sides of the floor and in pretty much every aspect of the game except FT shooting. His rating should be at minimum 5 points higher that THT if you want to look at individual categories |

Nevertheless, THT is still better than DJJ. Eyetest wise, he easily does a lot of more than that of DJJ. |

I was looking but couldn't really see his SW thread? Maybe he needs an upgrade then? I think it's just not a good reason to leave someone else with lower rating, if you compare them to other player who might be also wrongly rated. I haven't been here that long, but for me there seems to be a trend that people vote conservatively. So even if some player could deserve a huge 8-10 point increase. More likely people vote 4-6 point increase just to be on the safe side with variance, with the idea that it can be increased again once sample size is bigger. Maybe that's what happened with DJJ? I agree that 73 for him seems bit low maybe. |
