After a very long couple of days of fielding offers, responses, and counter-offers, Chauncey has decided to go with his gut feeling since the offer first came in. This team offers a great chance to win now, a starting PG position, and a ton of PT at the guard positions in general. We have faith that this team can now fill out their roster with minimum contracts, since we are ready to bring a championship to: The Indiana Pacers!
The following offer sheet has been signed:
Year 1: $5,000,000 Year 2: $5,550,000 (Player Option) Year 3: $6,160,500 (Player Option)

I offered 9 million a year and a decent squad that gets better with Chauncey. For 3 years too.
I'm confused how I'm supposed to make my team better.

It's the only way teams like ours are going to do anything in Sim Leagues. Then once you acquire some nice young talent you have a better shot at signing free agents or trading for more proven players.
