2020 Off Season Schedule
The NBA's off season schedule has changed and therefore D5's schedule will change alongside it.
GMs will have until October rolls around to make their decisions on Team Options and Bird Rights, as well as write their Player Options and Free Agency pitches! All teams can trade during the interim - just not expiring players.
Here are the new dates:
When the 2020/21 Salary Cap is Announced by the NBA

Off Season Free Agency
I will not strictly enforce any rules around inactivity until the start of October, but please try to keep checking back since there will be plenty of GMs looking to make trades during the interim.
