Jason Terry has agreed to a deal with the [red]Chicago Bulls[/red].
Year 1: $5,000,000 (Full MLE) Year 2: $5,000,000 (Full MLE)
Terry did not receive much interest, but he is excited to join an organization poised to make a run in the playoffs.

How are the Bulls offering full MLE to Terry and part of it to Amundson? Is this allowed?

So far as I know, you get $5,000,000 as an MLE each season. I think it can be split, but Chicago is using the full amount here.
Although, did he use a minimum contract on Amundson, or his MLE?

I think the Amundson deal was supposed to be a league minimum contract. But the minimum is $490,180 not 500k.

Well Amundson's deal is close to the league minimum, but isn't a league minimum deal supposed to be only one year, hence why last year - Boston's deal for Renaldo Balkman (starting at the min, 3 years) took part of the MLE?
